The Manager of HR Budgeting & Analytics is responsible for overseeing and managing the budgeting and analytics processes for the HR department. This includes developing and implementing budgeting and forecasting plans, monitoring financial performance, analyzing data, and providing data-driven insights to help drive the success of the HR team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting plans for the HR department

Monitor financial performance and analyze trends

Generate data-driven insights to inform the budgeting process and identify areas of improvement

Provide regular budget updates and financial reporting to the HR team and other key stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

3-4 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and/or financial analysis

Expert proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

Proven ability to interpret and analyze data and generate actionable insights
